Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and espresso-based beverages
  • Prepare and serve food items, such as sandwiches and pastries
  • Handle cash and card transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a related role
  • Ability to work calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
  • Knowledge of coffee and food preparation methods
