The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to balance hands-on campaign management with strategic initiatives. They will collaborate closely with the Client Services team to maintain strategic consistency and meet deliverables. Additionally, they will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing complex digital campaigns across programmatic, social, and SEM platforms.

In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of digital advertising campaigns, including Paid Search, Programmatic Display/Video, Social Media/Native, Digital Audio, Digital Out of Home, and Connected TV. They will also be responsible for managing campaign budgets, optimizing performance to meet KPIs while maximizing cost efficiency.

The Team Lead, Digital Activation will lead and mentor a team of Platform Specialists, fostering their professional growth and development. They will also set up and maintain Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, and third-party ad-serving tags as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to maintain strategic consistency and meet deliverables.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize complex digital campaigns across programmatic, social, and SEM platforms.
