Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
