Job Overview

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for crafting highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services. You will partner with customers, AWS Sales, and several other AWS teams to drive revenue growth across a broad set of customers and help organizations understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build deep relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor for their most critical workloads that support their digital transformation and journey to the cloud.
  • Support achievement of revenue objectives through the adoption and migration of applications, software, and services onto the AWS platform, in partnership with the sales team.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
  • Contribute to AWS internal and customer-facing publications such as white-papers and blogs as a means of scaling your knowledge.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support to address customer needs.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in cloud computing and architecture. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a specific technology domain area, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working within software development or Internet-related industries and migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.

What We Offer

At Amazon, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $99,900/year up to $166,900/year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, we also offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
