Job Title: Bookkeeping and Financial Assistant

Job Summary

FATEHVEER BACHHAL INSURANCE BR is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping and Financial Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing exceptional support to our team.


Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports.
  • Provide exceptional support to our accounting team, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college diploma or certificate in accounting or related field an asset.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in bookkeeping and financial assistance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
