Job Title: Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at Smart Kitchen Tech Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, prepare statements of earnings for employees, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and overtime information.
  • Financial Data: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, including QuickBooks and MS Excel.
  • Communication: Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Skills: QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Windows, and excellent communication skills.
