We are looking for an Executive Director, Channel Growth for Ice Cream Business to lead our entry into fast-growing white space channels such as Dollar, Urban, Food Service, Natural, and Ethnic. Reporting into the Associate Director CBD – Ice Cream, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and accelerating our new channel business growth agenda and end-to-end execution.

The successful candidate will establish relationships with large-scale customers and distributors within Dollar, Food Service, and the Natural Channel via ice cream category expertise and best-in-class selling strategies. They will manage customer interfaces with key senior and operational customer stakeholders, delivering ambitious growth targets and creating annual joint business plans with key channel partners. The role also involves leading the execution of the 6Ps while maximizing ROI of promotions and trade and campaign investment to deliver aligned business cases.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills, combined with creative thinking to challenge the status quo and develop new ideas. You should have a strong knowledge of pack-price architecture and business development initiatives to be first to market in key white space channels. Additionally, you will need passion and dedication to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment while navigating ambiguity.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a highly competitive salary that reflects the importance of this role in driving growth for our ice cream business.

This role requires a valid driver's license in good standing and may involve travel to and from accounts. Previous business development, category management, customer marketing, or marketing experience (minimum 5+ years) is preferred. Deep financial acumen, delivering business results, and experience delivering new channel growth are essential for success in this position.
