Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our Informatics department, you will be responsible for providing leadership in Business Process Reengineering concepts, methods, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for client-facing and internal Informatics services delivery processes.
  2. Develop and maintain business processes necessary to facilitate care provider access to health and corporate information systems.
  3. Provide senior-level business analysis by carrying out workflow analysis, developing business information requirements, and planning, designing, or modifying practical manual and automated business processes.
  4. Lead small projects and provide project management guidance to Business Analysts.
  5. Analyze and diagnose health information systems applications and/or business issues and provide resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Systems Management or a related field.
  • Three to five years of recent, related experience in a medium to large-sized organization.
  • Experience with health and corporate information systems.
