We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at West Parry Sound Health Centre. As a key member of our acute care unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leadership to our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent patient care and leadership to members of the healthcare team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct physical assessments, health teaching, and clinical decision making
- Utilize various computer applications and software related to healthcare programs
- Meet satisfactory attendance levels, work performance, and disciplinary history
- Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and community resources
- Demonstrated expertise in physical assessment, health teaching, and clinical decision making
- Demonstrated knowledge of various computer applications and software related to healthcare programs
- Demonstrated satisfactory attendance levels, work performance, disciplinary history, and positive work references
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- A.C.L.S. Certification, P.A.L.S. Certification, NRP Certification
- Previous experience in Nursing Skills pertinent to Acute Care Nursing (IV starts, Wound care, Ostomy care)
- Attractive hourly salary of $39.07-$56.00 per hour based on experience
