Job Overview

The Concessions Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the food service team, including inventory management, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective schedules and work assignments to ensure efficient team performance
  • Train and guide staff on job duties, food safety procedures, and customer service standards
  • Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions
  • Ensure proper food storage and handling practices to maintain food safety and quality
  • Set up and maintain workstations, including prep tables, service counters, and equipment
  • Break down and clean workstations, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and meeting guest needs
  • Replenish food items and maintain adequate inventory levels
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring excellent customer service and teamwork
  • Adhere to Aramark's safety policies and procedures, including accurate food safety and sanitation practices
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in a related role is preferred
  • Previous food service experience is required
  • Must be able to acquire food safety certification
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills

This role may require physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
