Job Summary

This position is located at a healthcare facility and requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively train and direct staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and train staff to perform to the standards of Paladin's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure employees have and retain knowledge of site operations.
  • Ensure team awareness of and understanding of Paladin issued memos/announcements.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met, including no time loss on site.
  • Address lateness, absences, and cover shifts as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies and take command of the situation.
  • Ensure the health and safety of staff, including training on Paladin's Occupational Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Deal with disciplinary issues, including completion of meetings and paperwork.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
