Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to improve functional abilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive environment that promotes resident well-being
  • Maintain current certifications in CPR and stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
  • Member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Nova Scotia
  • Proven experience working with seniors in a long-term care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
