Job Title: Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager

At HLC Talent, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring the highest level of quality in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and lead process improvement projects to optimize production schedules, inventory management, and quality assurance programs.
  • Develop and implement performance indicators to measure quality and continuous improvement in various departments.
  • Establish and maintain a non-conformity management system and provide support to teams as needed.
  • Participate in internal audits and implement necessary corrections.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
  • Lead and coordinate continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, and VSM.
  • Train and coach teams in connection with continuous improvement.
  • Supervise a team of 4-5 production team leaders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or DEC in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in French and functional English.
  • Dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and ability to implement changes.
  • Strong emotional intelligence to mobilize teams and challenge the status quo.
  • Rigor and discipline with a business mindset.
