Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Service Advisor to join our team in Prince George. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a Personal Lines book of business through proactive customer contact
  • Create applications for New Home policies and other products, as well as gather all necessary underwriting criteria
  • Process all renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Contact clients for renewal instructions and updating information as changes occur
  • Provide policy coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry
  • Address phone call inquiries and walk-in traffic accurately and efficiently
  • Promote, explain and recommend coverages
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of all General insurance products

Requirements

  • Level 1 general license with the intention of obtaining a level 2 license
  • 1- 2 years of related experience is preferred
  • Experience with ICBC Autoplan is an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently, as part of a team and with others throughout the organization
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Customer focused and service oriented
  • High attention to detail and precision
  • Able and willing to work under pressure when needed
