About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional individual to assume the role of Executive Director, responsible for the leadership of our passionate and talented team, and the management of our emergency shelter, supportive housing services, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage your experience in managing not-for-profit organizations operating in complex environments to drive our mission and strategic vision forward.
- Become a champion for our clients, advocating for their needs and rights.
A builder, mentor, connector, and advocate for social justice, the next ED will serve as our primary spokesperson and change agent, representing the organization in the community and assuring its services and mission are presented in a strong and positive manner.
