About the Role

  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
    • Conduct regular kitchen inspections and audits
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
    • Monitor and control food costs
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
    • Respond to customer complaints and feedback
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Post-secondary education in culinary arts or related field
    • Minimum 1-7 months of experience as a head cook or executive chef
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment. The position requires standing for extended periods and working in a team-oriented setting.
