Salary:
$83,600 - $110,100 per year, based on experience.
Job Description:
The Occupational Therapist will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care as part of our dynamic Rehabilitation Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating, supervising, and coaching Community Support Workers
- Conducting professional assessments of patients in their homes and communities
- Developing and maintaining effective Care Plans with respect to Community Health Services
- Providing guidance on workplace Health and Safety
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
- Proven computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- French language skills are an asset
