Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Merchandise and Inventory
- Order and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Organize and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Sales and Customer Service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to drive sales.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical Demands
- Standing for extended periods
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
