Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Precision Machinist to join our team at Elpa. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines and other precision equipment to produce high-quality machined parts.

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, dental, vision, and paramedical services coverage.

About the Role
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure accurate machine operation.
  • Repair machine tools and parts to maintain optimal performance and quality.
  • Set up and adjust production machinery/tools to achieve precise tolerances.
  • Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance requirements.
  • Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology) or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of precision measurement techniques and instruments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
