Job Summary

As a Cashier at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the retail industry and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required.
