Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective packaging processes to minimize hazards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Train and supervise production staff on packaging procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of production activities, including quality control and safety metrics.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
