The Job
This is an opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks required at the project site, ensuring the team operates effectively and efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the Construction Site Leadership Team in ensuring effective operations of the Turnaround (TA).
- Coordinate the submission of timesheets, DSI and DFLs by responsible persons.
- Manage the administration of fleet, computers, and office supplies for the TA team.
- Resolve computer and connectivity issues in collaboration with IT.
- Ensure compliance with timesheet/payroll workflows and processes.
- Communicate effectively with field supervision to resolve issues promptly.
- Provide administrative support to TA leadership, including documentation management and filing systems.
- Monitor and address any issues or concerns impacting work performance.
Your Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience/training.
- Relevant onsite experience in the construction and maintenance industry is beneficial.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal.
- Proficient in typing and minute-taking.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Forms, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerAutomate.
- Ability to analyze data and maintain attention to detail.
- Holding CSTS 2020 certification and valid site access certifications is essential.
- A Class 5 Driver's License and clear current driver's abstract are necessary.
