Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at IN & OUT CONVENIENCE STORE. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Hire and Train New Staff: Recruit, interview, and train new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Authorize Payments and Merchandise Orders: Process payments and place orders for merchandise, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored and rotated.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of sales associates, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
