Job SummaryWe're seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Saint John, NB. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work closely with our Commercial Account Executive, and drive business growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and professional service to customers, addressing their insurance needs and concerns.
- Assist with quotes, new business, and existing coverage reviews, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Process incoming commercial paperwork, prepare documentation for insurers, and issue insurance certificates.
- Communicate with insurance companies, negotiate with underwriters, and follow up on claims status.
- Source and obtain additional information requested by underwriters, completing applications as needed.
- High school and/or post-secondary education.
- 3 years of commercial insurance experience, including property/casualty and automobile.
- A valid insurance license for New Brunswick or willingness to obtain same.
- Strong customer focus, previous sales experience an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
