About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at South Granville Business College. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our executives and teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our executives and teams, including preparing and coordinating meetings, agendas, and minutes.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including departmental and corporate officials, and other organizations and associations.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analyze data to support business decisions and initiatives.
  • Event Planning: Plan, organize, and execute events, including conferences, meetings, and workshops.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, including reports, memos, and correspondence.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
