About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant, TMS OTM to join our team at QA Consultants Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and implementing Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules, or similar transportation/logistics enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for OTM implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on OTM functionality and best practices.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and optimize logistics operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our clients receive the best possible solutions.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in OTM or similar transportation/logistics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical and business experience.
