Job Title: Electrical Methods Specialist

AAA Canada is seeking a skilled Electrical Methods Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and describing work instructions for the production of industrial products, including structural, mechanical, and electrical assemblies based on technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate production costs and execution times for each task.
  2. Optimize implementation deadlines and production means.
  3. Ensure compliance with instructions and technical answers.
  4. Participate in the selection of manufacturing methods and improvement of production tools.
  5. Provide technical assistance and resolve problems.
  6. Ensure a technical interface between Production and Engineering teams.
  7. Conduct continuous improvement of existing production processes.
  8. Participate in the execution of technical solutions with the Engineering team.
  9. Address modifications and changes requests to the Engineering team.
  10. Conduct a dashboard to follow up and evaluate task progression.
Requirements:
  1. Technical Diploma of College Studies or equivalent.
  2. Significant experience in the aeronautics field.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  4. Knowledge of aircraft systems, including hydraulic and electrical systems, fuel, aircraft structure, and assembly.
  5. Knowledge of Catia V5 and SAP.
  6. Skills in priority management, attention to detail, and ability to work on short deadlines.
  7. Capacity to plan internal and external needs.
  8. Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented.
  9. In-depth experience of Electrical and Avionics components.
