About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Supervisor to join our team at Deca Horticultural Service Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of grounds maintenance and landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Plan and direct grounds maintenance and landscape construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 5-10 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality results.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in grounds maintenance or landscape construction.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, requiring frequent travel to various work sites. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure.
