About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect and Developer to join our Integrated Global Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, leveraging your expertise in ITSM, CSM, and domain-separated instances.
  • Collaborate with clients and Long View leadership to develop a ServiceNow technology roadmap that maximizes their investments in the platform.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, from design to implementation and deployment.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and automation using ServiceNow.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and stability of ServiceNow solutions, optimizing system resources and configuration settings.
  • Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and customizations, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Long View ServiceNow support team, assisting with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Develop and deliver ServiceNow platform training and mentorship to other team members and clients.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience designing and deploying ServiceNow platform technology, with a strong background in client-facing consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting ITSM, CSM, and domain-separated instances of ServiceNow.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer-facing presentation and training skills.
  • ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) and Service Provider Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-SP) certifications.
  • Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
