Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2776152 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffLead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Inventory Management and Supply ChainEstimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Quality Control and Customer ServiceEnsure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Culinary Knowledge and ExpertiseHave in-depth knowledge of various culinary genres and be able to apply this expertise to create innovative and delicious menu options.
Work Schedule ManagementEstablish and manage work schedules for food service staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
