Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Part Time Evening Nurse to join our team at Gaudenzia, Inc. in Bristol, PA. This role will involve working the 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm shift with rotating weekends in our Lower Bucks SUD Withdrawal Management and Residential Program.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid LPN or RN license in good standing and have experience in substance use disorder/mental health treatment. A strong understanding of wound care is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial nursing assessments for clients and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate treatment services
  • Provide education and counseling to clients on nutrition, self-care, and symptom management
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory of medical supplies
  • Implement infection control policies and procedures
