About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst, Business Services to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and challenges.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a business services or FP&A role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and recommendations that drive business results.
  • Strong technical skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
