About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Art Director to lead our creative team in shaping the future of digital experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving creative approaches and making impactful design decisions on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our clients' goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate clear ideas and concepts
  • Visualize ideas and develop visual design directions for our clients and internal projects
  • Elevate digital design and tell evocative brand stories that create emotional connections with users
  • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
  • Supervise other team members and crave feedback yourself
  • Develop Evolving Web's creative approach
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and the target audience
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in digital art direction, including experience in a senior position
  • Demonstrable creative direction and strategic thinking
  • Compelling interactive and conceptual design, with an emphasis on quality user-centred web and digital products
  • Solid understanding of interaction design principles and usability practices;
  • Experience in designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Sketch, and inVision
  • Experience in mentoring associate-level designers
  • Experience in interacting with clients
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and current web design trends
  • Have an eye for detail, be highly organized, self-motivated with the ability to take ownership in areas of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills in English
