About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our team in Windsor. As a Senior Account Manager – Insurance, you will be working directly with key corporate clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Your expertise in client management and industry knowledge will be invaluable in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned strategic Canadian corporate clients, managing all operational and strategic aspects to maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Deepen and expand relationships with key client stakeholders, applying in-depth knowledge of the client's market, industry, and value alignment with our services.
  • Oversee complex cases, manage escalation processes, and coordinate all stakeholder communications to address client needs efficiently.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience (required).
  • 4+ years of B2B account management experience within a service-based environment (required).

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $104,000 and $115,000 per year, based on experience. A performance-based bonus tied to company performance and profitability will also be included.
