About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Development Intern to join our team at Socotra, Inc. As a Software Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of software features and bug fixes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of software solutions
  • Work closely with senior engineers to ensure high-quality code and best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science from a university in Canada
  • Available to work on a hybrid schedule, with 3 days per week in the office
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
