Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Invoicing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining data, generating comprehensive budget reports and offering budget modification recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present financial budgets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
  • Maintain and update GDS Bad Debt Model on a monthly basis and provide insights to leadership;
  • Analyze trends to inform budget recommendations and associated risks;
  • Prepare detailed budget reports and forecasts for management reviews;
  • Provide recommendations for budget adjustments and long-term forecasts;
  • Ensure all invoices from vendor partners are accurate, align with the budget and coded for on-time payment;
  • Provide data, reports and ad-hoc analysis to ensure accuracy and reasonableness of information provided and present it for decision-making;

Requirements:

  • Related University Degree or College Diploma and 2+ years experience;
  • Minimum six or more years of directly related experience;
  • Familiarity with SAP and Oracle;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills;
  • Strong report development and data modeling skills;
  • Capability to work in a team environment and ability to work independently within tight timelines;
  • Excellent understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and strong demonstrated Excel skills;

Benefits and Salary:

The successful candidate can expect a salary ranging from $85,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package and generous time off.

How You Will Work:

This role offers eligible employees the opportunity to work variable daily schedules with a flexible start or end time, or opt for a compressed workweek schedule or work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.
