As an Operations and Administrative Coordinator, you will provide crucial support to our securities business, ensuring seamless operations and excellent client experiences.
About the RoleThis position requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, preferably in the financial services industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. A strong focus on detail, efficient workflow management, and excellent communication skills will be valuable assets in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Daily account documentation review and transmission to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Processing client cheques and monitoring debit balances with precision.
- Data entry and record-keeping for optimal organization and accessibility.
- Assisting in the implementation and execution of procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Performing other administrative tasks and projects as required to support the team's objectives.
