About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiving Assistant to join our team at Inverary Manor. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Deliver messages, reports, and specimens between departments
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as making beds and maintaining patient rooms
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines and provide transportation between care facilities
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations and respond to call signals to determine patients' needs
  • Collect specimens and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Criminal record check, immunization records, and vulnerable sector check
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Reliability and attention to detail
