Accounting Technician II

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician II to join our team at Trueline Valve Corporation. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full cycle Accounts Payable: Receive and process invoices from suppliers, assign and code invoices/bills/expense claims according to company policy, and prepare and cut checks or make wire transfers.
  • Review expense claims and ensure expenses are accurate and that members are reimbursed accordingly.
  • Organize and maintain files for contracts, vendors, and accounts payable.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable and other accounting activities as required in a team working environment.
Requirements:
  • At minimum, D.E.P. or D.E.C. education in Accounting, Business, Administration, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar position with EPICOR or other ERP operating system experience.
  • Bilingual - French and English.
  • MS Office and intermediate Excel skills.
  • Positive attitude, highly organized, and good communication skills.
