Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Operations Agent to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting your colleagues, and carrying out administrative tasks in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-quality customer service in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • Support members of your team by carrying out administrative tasks.
  • Make daily bank deposits and submit accounts payable.
  • Carry out daily administrative activities, including mail, document distribution, and filing.

Requirements:

  • College diploma in Administration or a related field and 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Experience working in financial services is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
  • Self-starter with initiative and attention to detail.
