We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Hamoon Construction Inc. as a key member of our facilities maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
- Perform minor repairs on appliances and ensure that systems and equipment are operating efficiently.
- Conduct safety and security checks, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
- Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
- 5 years or more of experience in facilities maintenance.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Dependability, flexibility, and organizational skills.
- Work in various locations, including apartment/condominium complexes, office buildings, and commercial buildings.
- Willingness to relocate for this position.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule30 to 44 hours per week.
