SalaryThe estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Job DescriptionThis opportunity requires a seasoned software developer with 8+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, REST, Microservices, Linux, and NoSQL/SQL databases. You will be working as part of an agile team to develop secure server-side services, leverage messaging/streaming technologies, and build cloud-ready services following microservice architecture principles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing highly scalable, high-performance components within an agile development team
- Ensuring high code quality through automated unit and functional testing
- Automating processes within the development pipeline and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and reducing time-to-market
- Contributing to application design and developing code structures to promote reusability across many applications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Professional software development experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, REST, Microservices, Linux, and NoSQL/SQL databases
- Experience developing secure server-side services and leveraging messaging/streaming technologies
- Hands-on experience in writing clean, readable/reusable java code with unit tests
- Ability to independently handle module deliveries, multi-task effectively, and provide timely updates
