Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fast Food Service Attendant at A&W. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to A&W standards and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety standards and procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
