Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fast Food Service Attendant to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a fast food or food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods
