About the Job:
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with experience in web development who is looking to take their skills to the next level. As a front-end software developer specialist, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing content for websites using various graphics, databases, animation, and other software. Your expertise will also include writing, modifying, integrating, and testing software code for e-commerce and other internet applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements
- Determine hardware and software requirements to achieve optimal server performance
- Write, modify, integrate, and test software code
- Source, select, and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the website
- Create and optimize content for the website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software
- Research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products
- Lead and co-ordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity
- Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls

Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in web development
- Education: College/CEGEP

Benefits:
- Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on location)

- Hours: 30 hours per week
