About the Role

This is a versatile and dynamic position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting clients and answering their questions in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Helping clients use our banking applications and ABMs
  • Listeni gto clients' needs and resolving complex situations
  • Offering advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients
  • Demonstrating the ability to build lasting business relationships
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and engagement
  • Referri ng clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance and risk management rules
What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
  • Positive attitude and empathy for clients
  • Interest in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge
  • Ability to adapt to different situations
