As a Banking Financial Advisor at National Bank, you will have the opportunity to pursue a dynamic and varied career that allows you to grow professionally and make a positive impact on your life and the lives of your clients and colleagues.

Your Role
  • You will adopt a friendly approach, listen actively, and provide a people-centric experience for branch clients.
  • You will be responsible for greeting clients, answering their questions, helping them use our banking applications and ATMs, listening to their needs, and resolving complex situations.
  • You will also be responsible for providing advice and offering transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients, building lasting business relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement, and referring clients to specialist colleagues when needed.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
Your Team

The branch is open two evenings per week, and various work schedules are possible, depending on team availability. This position reports to the Customer Service Branch Manager or the Branch Manager.

You will work with a team of experts specialized in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more. Our team values passionate people and bold ideas. We work together to ensure our clients reach their goals and our colleagues do what they love.

We rely on our colleagues to share knowledge and help each other. After gaining the necessary experience in your role as a Banking Financial Advisor, many options will be available to you, including advancing in the same role, getting promoted, or moving to another region or branch.

Prerequisites
  • You must hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • You must have customer service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
  • You must have a positive attitude and empathy for clients.
  • You must be interested in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge.
  • You must be able to adapt to different situations.
