Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

BARBURRITO MEXCIAN FRESH GRILL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and accurate service
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and menu offerings
  • Supervise and inspect the assembly of food trays to ensure presentation and quality standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Dependability and initiative in meeting business objectives
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
  • Excellent visual and auditory skills
