- Writing, planning, drafting, and designing overall proposal documents, including corporate resumes and project summaries.
- Continuously editing and proofreading proposal document materials to ensure quality, accuracy, clarity, consistency, and completeness.
- Establishing positive working relationships amongst proposal team members and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrating a sense of urgency and following direction of management to create successful business proposals and ensure deadline compliance.
This role also involves maintaining internal databases of marketing material for current and completed projects, developing templates for proposals, and assisting with preparation and delivery of final documents.
