Job Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to join our pharmacy team as a Staff Pharmacist, working in a split role that includes Valley Relief. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, demonstrating warmth and empathy, and acting in the patient's best interest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care, prioritizing technical functions to Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as required.
- Actively engage in all areas of Fusion to ensure patients experience seamless care and a consistent pharmacy experience across locations.
- Ensure prescription safety and thoroughly understand all relevant corporate pharmacy service offerings/programs.
- Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends/developments.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, Company policies, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility.
- Kroll software experience is preferred.
